Finally, finished.

It took me a long time, as well as I allowed my book to be borrowed for sometime but I finally finished Alinea. It was an inspiring book and a challenging read. But it nonetheless, proved to be entertaining for me. My friend who borrowed the book also found inspiration and it was very fun to bounce ideas and to share thoughts. That really is what life is about, especially in such a tight-knit community such as culinary arts. It was great to look at his ideals and thoughts, and construct those basics to my own ideologies. The book over-all, taught me about consistency and further proved how much fun can be found in the subtle.
